On the road together — our team day on the Chäserrugg in Toggenburg
Strong teams do not arise by chance; they grow through shared experiences outside the daily work routine. Our team day on the Chäserrugg offered space for exchange, new impressions, and shared moments of reflection – an unforgettable day that brings people together and creates lasting impact.
Sometimes all it takes is fresh mountain air, impressive nature, and genuine encounters to gain new perspectives. That is exactly why we took a conscious break on 23 June 2025 – away from the everyday routine and into a shared experience.
The day started early in Frauenfeld, and the journey itself was part of the experience: by rack railway and cable car, we ascended to the impressive Chäserrugg – 2,262 metres above sea level. The subsequent Rosenboden circular walk offered us not only spectacular views of the Toggenburg region, but also the opportunity for conversations away from projects and processes.
After the hike, a pleasant lunch with regional specialities awaited us in the mountain restaurant. Here we could recharge, laugh, reflect, and gather new inspiration.
In the afternoon, an exclusive tour gave us fascinating insights into the technology and logistics of the Chäserrugg cable car. How much precision and expertise lies behind the seemingly effortless mountain journey was very impressive for all of us.
Another highlight awaited us at the Klanghaus Toggenburg. The tour through the acoustically unique architecture, combined with a deeper understanding of resonance and acoustic spaces, sparked reflection – particularly about daily communication within the team and the impact of conscious listening.
After this very eventful day, we set off home fulfilled. What remains are wonderful memories, greater closeness in the team, and the knowledge that such days are worthwhile – for us as people and for our teamwork.
