Sterki AG relies on wattss for secure energy supply in its business
Reliable power supply is indispensable for Sterki AG. On an operating area of 5,500 m², technicians, electricians, mechanics, and professionals from logistics and sales work hand in hand. To ensure operations continue reliably even during grid outages, managing director Reto Sterki decided to partner with wattss.
For Sterki AG, it was clear: solar power should not only be generated, but also intelligently stored and reliably available in emergencies.
The goal was to use the existing 15 kVA solar installation more efficiently while simultaneously ensuring secure backup power. wattss.ch developed a custom solution based on a 50 kVA battery storage system. This optimally stores the generated solar power, switching occurs seamlessly in case of emergency, and integration into the existing infrastructure was flawless.
From initial consultation through precise dimensioning to installation and commissioning, the project was fully realized by wattss.ch. Even after completion, the service team ensures long-term support and operational reliability.
